500 posts and counting for Dancefloor Mayhem!

So this represents the milestone 500th post for Dancefloor Mayhem. I am really proud to be going strong after two years. I really want to thank all the producers, DJs, record labels and PR / Marketing people that have been kind enough to share music and other content with Dancefloor Mayhem. I am thankful for all the great relationships that have been established, and look forward to continuing to work with you to spread the good music!

Of course a HUGE THANK YOU to all of you that read Dancefloor Mayhem, listen to the music and get use out of the free tracks. If you don't mind, drop us a line in the comment section to let us know who you are, what your involvement with music is, where you are from and how you heard about Dancefloor Mayhem.

Now let's enjoy some quality electronic / dance music to celebrate 500 posts and look forward to many more!

We'll start off with a great guy who is an epic producer and he is always sending us dope tracks. Here is a tech house track from Alert as Brujas Oscuras.

Green Velvet has long been one of my favorite producers, from his bangin' tech house and crazy techno tracks, back to his Chicago House days as Cajmere. Here we get a remix of his more recent classic "Shake and Pop" from Cold Blank which blends elements of techno and electro house.

Ranny is another long time Dancefloor Mayhem contributor, with his signature circuit sound of tribal house. This time he blesses us with his own track featuring someone you may remember from RuPaul's Drag Race - Nina Flowers. "Loca" is a fierce tribal diva track.

I think the tribal house fans will also love this one. So will all those who busted moves on dancefloors in the early to mid '90s. A great re-working of a true dance classic, I've got the Mobin Master remix of "Rhythm Is A Dancer".

Switching gears now, I know there are some Glitch Mob fans and hip-hop heads reading this. Here is the Kraddy remix of "Forget About Dre".

One more for the hip-hop fans, this one is also for the dubstep heads. This is from one of the sickest bass-heads out there, Bassnectar, featuring an accapella from Lupe Fiasco.

This next track is for all those creative DJs that read this. A true DJ tool, this is a short piece (2:48) that is waiting to be dropped in dope sets at just the right moment. The first part could be mixed out of an uptempo 4/4 set, and then the track drops into a dubstep vibe. Very epic tribal feel and I love the flute in this track.

I'm going to wrap up our 500th post with two remixes of one of my favorite vocal progressive house songs "Till There Was You" by Rachael Starr remixed by The House Moguls and DJ Shift.
